How do I place an order?
Select an item, choose the color, then size from the drop-down menus, then click on "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page. You may then continue shopping or proceed to "Checkout" by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top of any page. When you choose to "Checkout," specific instructions for finishing your order will automatically be available to you.

Do you have a mail order catalog?
Although we do not publish a consumer mail order catalog, our collection can be viewed on www.foresport.com.

How do I know that an item is available?
We try to show you only the styles/sizes/colors that are avaialable. We update our site regularly to reflect this. If the item is no longer available or is on back order, you will be advised of the item's status via e-mail by one of our Customer Service Associates.

I previously purchased an item I would like to re-order, but is no longer listed on your website. Where can I find these items?
ForeSport’s fashion items are created on a seasonal basis. Our colors and styles will change to reflect the latest trends and fashions. Many styles and colors from previous collections will be phased-out in order to introduce new designs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We will also accept money orders and cashiers checks. If you choose to pay by check, call Customer Service at (866) 831-5266 / 9:00-5:00 EST (M-F), and we will assist you with payment.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

How do I redeem a gift certificate or coupon?
To redeem a gift certificate or coupon, type the certificate/coupon number in the space provided on the payment information page during the checkout process. Use only lower case letter please.

What is a CID code?
This is the three- or four- digit number located on the back of your credit card, on or near the signature panel. As an added security measure, we require that you enter the CID code on the "Payment Information" page. (American Express customers have a 4-digit CID located on the front of the card.)

Can I ship to another name and/or address?
Yes. During the checkout process, on the "Shipping" page, click on the "Add Another Address" link. Once you have added the address to your address book, you can select it from the "Select Address" pull-down.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Both e-gift certificates and paper gift certificates may be purchased online in our "Gift Certificates" section. They are available online in the following amounts: $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, and $300. What are your shipping and processing charges?
Continental U.S. standard shipping:
All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service or Federal Express Ground Service at the rates noted in the table below.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (available to street addresses only) - ONLY $15.00 more than regular S&H charge.

U.S. Territories
All Packages will be sent via United States Postal Service or FedEx 2nd Business Day to shipping addresses in the U.S. Territories

When will my order arrive?
For orders placed before 3 pm EST to be shipped within continental United States:
– Regular Ground Delivery - 7 to 10 business days.
– Express Two Day - two business days (available to street addresses only).
– Express Next Day - one business day (available to street addresses only).

Please add one extra business day for orders placed after 3 pm EST.

For ALASKA & HAWAII: Because regular delivery may take up to three weeks, we recommend choosing an express delivery service.

Please note that all officially recognized United States national holidays are not considered business days. If you are ordering an express delivery option at a time when the delivery time frame will include a national holiday, do not count the holiday day or days as business days.

What is your return policy?
We have an Easy Returns and Exchanges policy at ForeSport. If your purchase does not completely delight you, we'll take it back for exchange or credit. A return label with simple instructions is included with your purchase to make the process quick and easy.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in full to your credit card account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your card statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
